Heads up to all you Beacon Hill riders!
We are out doing a ton of work on the downhill courses over the next couple of weeks so watch for feature changes and reroutes.
The hill got hammered from all the runoff this spring so we are closing a number of old unnecessary trails to try and curb the erosion issues. Some old lines will also be rerouted to create a more sustainable trail bed.
Also, to make the downhill tracks more fun and challenging, we will be adding a ton of whoops in sections were it is actually faster to pedal around features. Conveniently these also make great water/runoff diversions.
Please respect trail closures whether they are permanent or temporary as we try to get the hill into shape for this riding season!
