Mountain Bike Foundations Jr, Ages 13-16.  This is the same program we teach adults, with an emphasis on fun and youth enjoyment.  We teach you everything you need to be a confident trail rider. New and experienced riders can all benefit from a focus on learning fundamental mountain bike handling and techniques. We focus on proper balance and body position and add a host of vital skills including braking, climbing, descending, and tight turns. All skills will be discussed, demonstrated and practiced with our instructors, then taken to the trail.
