Come join Evergreen East board members for our March chapter board meeting! We will be meeting in Room HEMM 314 on the 3rd floor at the Gonzaga Hemmingson Center from 6:00pm to 8:00pm PT. There will be plenty of room for anyone (member or not) who would like to attend!
Free parking is available in the Boone Avenue Retail Center parking garage across the street from the Hemmingson building. Enter the building using the stairs or elevator located on the west or east sides of the building.
We highly encourage community input and involvement at these meetings. We would love to see new and existing volunteers get involved – we have plenty of volunteer positions and opportunities available! The March board meeting will have a few guests, including Hayden Homes and City of Spokane. They will be providing an update on the Beacon Hill development. The regular boarding meeting will continue after the guest presentations and Q&A session. The board agenda is focused on planning trail dig days and trails that need maintenance, as well as 2025 event planning. Come help with planning, organizing, and the inevitable grunt work to get these trails in shape! We will also provide regular board updates such as recent stats for membership, trail work, financials, and fundraising campaigns.
Board meetings typically take place on the 2nd Monday of every month. If you can’t make it, please reach out with your input via e-mail or social media message!
