Chapter Board Meeting

Come join Evergreen East board members at our first chapter board meeting of 2025! We will be meeting at the Camp Sekani shed from 6:00pm to 8:00pm PT.

We highly encourage community input and involvement at these meetings. We would love to see new and existing volunteers get involved – we have plenty of volunteer positions and opportunities available! Our first board meeting of the year will be focused on 2025 events. Some of our signature events over the years have included kickoff parties at breweries, Kettle Fest, many Dig Days, shuttle rides, and the famous Eastoberfest enduro race! Come help with planning, organizing, and the inevitable grunt work to get these ideas moving forward. We will also provide regular board updates such as recent stats for membership, trail work, financials, and fundraising campaigns.

Board meetings typically take place on the 2nd Monday of every month. If you can’t make it, please reach out with your input via e-mail or social media message!
