**It is highly recommended that MTB Foundations Level 1 and MTB Foundations Level 2 are taken together.

In the MTB Foundations Level 1, we teach you everything you need to have fun and be a confident trail rider. New and experienced riders can all benefit from a focus on learning fundamental mountain bike handling and techniques. We focus on proper balance and body position and add a host of vital skills including braking, climbing, descending, and tight turns. All skills will be discussed, demonstrated and practiced with our instructors, then taken to the trail. For Ages 14 and Up.

Mountain Bike Foundations, Level 2, Coed & Women’s

 

 

**It is highly recommended that MTB Foundations Level 1 and MTB Foundations Level 2 are taken together.

In MTB Foundations Level 2, we add cornering, a variety of wheel lifts, negotiating obstacles, line selection, switchbacks and rolldowns to the skills learned in MTB Foundations Level 1. Each skill is discussed, demonstrated
and then practiced with the instructors. Throughout the class, we’ll take to the trail for real-world practice of the skill. For Ages 14 and Up.
